This certification focuses on the essential & rotational principles and techniques necessary for using movement to create change in the human body and address pattern-based pain. It lays the groundwork for more advanced practices such as weaponization and rotational tools (Level 3).
This course will focus on establishing a strong knowledge of the human body, common modern human dysfunctions, how to approach 1:1 sessions, and how structure classes.

Gait cycle: Running, Footwork, Cutting and Change of direction
Tools: RMT Rope, Mace, RMT Club, Kettlebell
Can be purchased as a one off event or as a part of a ISO Certification.
