Conor Millstein is a Movement Education specialist with over 15 years experience in Movement and Athletic performance training.

Conor has created the InsideOut Movement Manual, a training method that focuses on understanding principles of nature, movement, and energy which when replicated by the human body, allow the user to minimize friction AKA wear and tear on the body, while gaining strength, mobility, and power.

Conor has a degree in Pre Medicine from Thomas Jefferson University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in both Finance & Economics, and a MBA from Loyola University Of New Orleans.

InsideOut Movement was founded in 2020, at the height of the pandemic, as an online movement education community. ISO stands for Inside Out. We believe that permanent sustainable change can only come from within.

Our goal is to not only provide you with a world class workout program, but also to educate you on the principles of sustainable movement so that you can keep grooving for longer.  At the same time you will understand the framework through which you can apply the principles to all areas of life.
